ORDERING

How can I know what size to order? 

Ah, the age old question/quandary…will it fit?  We have a size chart that can be found below.  The chart can give you a general sizing idea, they are not a foolproof way to find your perfect size. If you want to know how a specific item will fit, please message us on social media or support@modatrove.com and we will respond as quickly as possible. We aim to please and to make your purchase the right fit from the beginning! 

Can you help me put together an outfit?

Found my item, but it’s out of stock!  What can I do? 

Please send us a message…Many times we have items available that aren’t online yet and we don’t want you to miss out!

What methods of payment do you accept? 

We accept Amazon, American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. 

If I place an order, when will I be charged? 

You will be charged as soon as you checkout 

SHIPPING

How much will it cost to ship my order? 

No one likes to pay for shipping!  We are happy to offer free standard domestic shipping on orders over $75 and only $8.95 shipping on all other orders! If you are in Canada, shipping is $20.

When can I expect my order to ship? 

Most in-stock items will ship within 3 - 5 days of ordering. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed US Holidays. 

Can I cancel or modify my order before it has shipped?

If you notice an error with your order, contact us immediately! We can’t make any promises but if your order hasn't been processed, we’ll be happy to help you make the change or cancel the order.  If the order has already been packaged, unfortunately there will be nothing we can do to stop it from shipping.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an email or text depending on your choice at checkout.

Where is my order confirmation?

If you have not received your order confirmation, please check your SPAM folder. If it isn’t there, please contact us immediately at support@modatrove.com  If it did process, we will resend your order information. If it did not, we’ll help you get the order placed!

Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?

We do!  APO/FPO are our favorites as we know our folks overseas are taking care of us all!

Can you tell me more about Prop 65?

California requires all products made there to follow specific guidelines and it can be confusing at times.  On products made in California there is a label you see on them and at times it can be a bit overwhelming and frankly a little scary.  We are not required to put this label on items manufactured outside of California, therefore some MAY have the Prop 65 info and some may not.  If there is no label and you are not in California, it doesn’t mean it doesn’t have those same chemicals it just means there is no law regulating them.
